A special, natural wine process gives the coffee a fermented taste of rum and cherries with an extreme, but well defined acidity and sweetness. I've never smelled and tasted a coffee like this.

Washed and medium roasted beans from Colombia. Slightly bitter as a straight espresso. Develops a milk chocolate like flavor when enjoyed with milk. Best as an iced cortado or affogato.

This espresso has the bitterness you know from dark chocolate and walnuts, combined with some fruity, grape-like flavors. A taste that lingers on the tongue.

Light and fruity with a taste of chocolate and plums. A bit too mild when enjoyed with milk, but great as a straight espresso. Especially because of the low acidity.

Fruity espresso with an almost tealike taste. Intense enough to be fantastic when paired with steamed milk, but not too lightly roasted to still be great as a straight espresso.

Another dark roasted espresso from SamyJu. A burnt smell with intensive roasting flavors that stay on your tongue. Not good, but still better than "De la Casa".

Very dark roasted, oily beans. 75% arabica and 25% robusta. A full-bodied, but burnt flavor of dark chocolate and walnut. Definitely too dark for my taste.

The described flavours of red apple, vanilla and cranberry weren't highly developed and the espresso was darker and less fruity than expected. Clearly the weakest beans from Fjord.

Tiny beans from a certified organic lot from east Guji, grown by a small collection of local farmers. I enjoyed the coffee with milk, but did not like it without.
