Washed Mexican espresso from Finca San Jose in Coatepec, Veracruz, produced from Anacafe 14. It is well balanced, lightly fruity and sweet, with cherry juice and lollipop notes, gentle acidity, and a soft body.

Naturally processed Brazilian coffee from Mogiana with a classic profile of chocolate cookies, caramel and roasted nuts. Unfortunately lacks complexity and vibrancy. The low acidity makes it smooth but ultimately forgettable and uninspiring.

Unique filter coffee from Uganda, that has been roasted in Ukraine and sold in the USA. The coffee has a bold taste of muscat grape and cashew. Light roasted, but with a dark roasted mouthfeel.

Coffee from a Finnish farm in Colombia. Darker roasting and much more traditional than what I usually prefer. The taste, however, was perfect. Full-bodied, with a creamy texture and a taste of dark chocolate.
