Washed and medium roasted beans from Colombia. Slightly bitter as a straight espresso. Develops a milk chocolate like flavor when enjoyed with milk. Best as an iced cortado or affogato.

Light and fruity with a taste of chocolate and plums. A bit too mild when enjoyed with milk, but great as a straight espresso. Especially because of the low acidity.

Another dark roasted espresso from SamyJu. A burnt smell with intensive roasting flavors that stay on your tongue. Not good, but still better than "De la Casa".

They describe the taste as tobacco, and they aren't lying. It even smells like an ashtray. Dark, rough and unfamiliar at first, but gets a bit better with time.

The described flavors of red apple, vanilla and cranberry weren't highly developed and the espresso was darker and less fruity than expected. Clearly the weakest beans from Fjord.

Honey processed espresso with a strong character and a taste of mandarin, cashew and acacia honey. The beans are unusually large compared to most coffee beans.

Single origin espresso from eleven regional farmers in Colombia. The combination of lemon grass, cherry and orange zest results in fruity and tart espresso.

Fantastic beans and roasting, but the taste is so exceptional, intensive, fruity and sour that I can't rate this coffee. Try it, you will be surprised!
